Twilight Raags from North India
The present recording was made in April 2006 in the studios of the International Centre for Music Studies, Newcastle University. All the artists have a longstanding association with the University and the North East region. These tracks are intended to promote the general appreciation of North Indian (Hindustani) classical music, and also to provide material for study by practitioners and researchers.
